Sales Manager Needed for a Design, Paint and Print Company Based in the East Rand

Location: East Rand, Germiston

Salary: Market related depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, experience, track record, etc.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at a leading Paint and Print Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the paint and print industry, and possess strong leadership skills to drive the sales team towards achieving targets and expanding market reach.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development
• Drive the Business and Sales
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint and print industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
