Our client, a leading architectural visualisation and planning consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland, is looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist & Modeller to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from South Africa while collaborating on prestigious international architectural projects.

The Opportunity
As a Senior 3D Artist & Modeller, you will be responsible for producing exceptional architectural visualisations that support planning applications, marketing campaigns, and client presentations. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to transform technical drawings into realistic, high-quality imagery and animations.
In addition to creating outstanding visual content, you’ll play an important role in mentoring junior artists, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-end photorealistic exterior and interior architectural renders.
• Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings and design information.
• Create engaging architectural animations and visual presentations.
• Produce accurate verified photomontages for planning submissions.
• Apply advanced lighting, materials, texturing, and post-production techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers throughout each project.
• Assist in planning workloads and ensuring project deadlines are achieved.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the visualisation team.
• Maintain exceptional quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in architectural visualisation or CGI.
• A strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural interiors and exteriors.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with CAD drawings and architectural documentation.
• Proven experience producing verified photomontages for planning purposes.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent artistic ability with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and realism.
• Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with an international team.
