Role Overview

The Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects through all stages of development, from concept design to project completion. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages.

· Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation using Revit.

· Manage project timelines, programmes, and resources.

· Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members.

· Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements

· Minimum 6+ years professional experience within an architectural practice.

· BTech Degree in Architecture (Senior Architectural Technologist) or equivalent qualification.

· Demonstrated experience across all architectural work stages.

· Experience working on high-end residential projects is advantageous.

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Revit (modelling and documentation).

· Strong understanding of municipal approvals and compliance processes.

· Proven ability in technical detailing, spatial planning, and project coordination.
