Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee all phases of architectural projects, from conceptual design through to project completion.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring all objectives are met within scope and budget.
• Design Development: Utilise your expertise in Revit to produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to municipal legislation, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication and delivering exceptional service.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record across all stages of architectural projects.
• Qualifications: A minimum qualification of a BTech Degree in Architecture.
• Specialist Experience: Experience in sectional title developments or large-scale developments is highly advantageous.
• Technical Expertise:
o Sound understanding of municipal legislation and compliance (building codes/standards).
o Strong design and spatial planning knowledge.
o Experience with multi-level design, including aesthetic and structural elements.
o Ability to manage and coordinate project programmes effectively.
o High level of technical proficiency in construction detailing.
• Revit Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit, with the ability to generate detailed models and documentation at all work stages.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent administrative and organisational skills to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
