We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Conceptual Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interior design, exceptional technical skills, and extensive experience using Revit.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end corporate interior design projects.
• Develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations using Revit and other design software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining a collaborative design culture.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate/commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable).
• Strong design portfolio showcasing corporate interiors and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Must be based in and currently living in Cape Town.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
