Senior Deal Closer
An established Kitchen Design Company is looking for a Senior Consultant and Deal Closer to join their Team. The Company specialises in high-end Kitchen design and installations nationwide.
Suitable Candidates would preferably come for the Design Industry such as an experienced and qualified Interior Designer and/or Architect.
Requirements:
- Candidates must understand and have knowledge of Interior Design and Architecture
- Be experienced with designing
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Experienced with client presentations
- Top sales and deal closing skills with clients
- Possible leads or contacts with Property Developers
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Own and reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Neat, well presented and client facing
- Strong negotiation skills
The Candidate will be responsible:
- To negotiate and close deals with various domestic and commercial clients
- Use a variety of sales tactics such as deadlines, pressure and price negotiation to seal the deal
- Identify the issues that are preventing the sale, using proven techniques to influence the customer decision and negotiating a final agreement.
- Liaise and network with Decorators, Designers, Architects, Property Developers and Building Teams
- Business Development and to grow the Company further and create new and further networks with developers
Salary: Market related depending on the Candidate’s current salary, skills, qualifications, etc.
