Job Summary:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead and manage a variety of interior design projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your creativity, leadership, and excellent communication skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process for multiple projects, managing all phases from conceptual development to final installation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, delivering tailored design solutions.
• Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative practices into design work.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality during implementation.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (NCIDQ certification preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
• Proven experience in managing and leading design projects, from concept to completion.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
