🔍 About the Role:
This role is ideal for a confident and technically strong architect who can lead projects from concept to completion, manage consultants, and mentor junior staff while maintaining design and technical excellence.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Registered Professional Architect (SACAP)
• 5–10 years’ experience in the architecture industry
• Extensive experience on large-scale commercial projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Strong understanding of South African building codes and regulations
• Excellent design development, technical detailing, and documentation skills
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities
