Technical Interior Designer for Corporate Design Firm based in Cape Town and Johannesburg

The scope for the Technical Designer role is as follows:

• Mid-Senior Technical designer with 5-7 years of experience in corporate interior design and space planning.
• Technically minded all-rounder with experience in Hospitality, Retail, and Commercial sectors
• Must have a clear understanding of construction methods, and the ability to generate technical & construction documentation package
• Extensive knowledge of the local supplier market and service delivery in SA
• Must have a tertiary Technical Interior Design qualification.
• Salary bracket: 25-45k gross
• Timing: ASAP (i.e., 1 calendar month)
• Can work in wither our JHB or CPT office

Technical knowledge & experience

• Excellent AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit skills
• Competence in a BIM environment is required to enable collaboration.
• A strong technical understanding of the main production software mentioned above, namely Revit as all projects live in work-shared environments.
